FOR FOUR LANE IMPROVEMENTS TO RICHARDS AVENUE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) to construct four lane improvements to Richards avenue in Santa Fe county.
