FOR CONSTRUCTING A SEWER LAGOON IN PINE HILL IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to develop the site for, design, engineer and construct a sewer lagoon to serve the Pine Hill school and Ramah Navajo community in Cibola county.
