FOR AN EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES BUILDING IN HATCH IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to construct an emergency medical services building in Hatch in Dona Ana county.
