FOR A REUTHORIZATION
TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE AND AGENCY OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION TO MAKE
IMPROVEMENTS TO WESTGATE PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.
The proceeds from the sale of severance
tax bonds appropriated to the state highway and transportation department
pursuant to Subsection BBBB of Section 12 of Chapter 23 of Laws 2000 (2nd S.S.)
to construct speed deterrents on South Field road and nearby streets in
southwest Albuquerque in Bernalillo county shall not be expended for the
original purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated to the local government
division of the department of finance and administration for improvements to
Westgate park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
