FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE ALCALDE MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred forty thousand three hundred dollars ($540,300) for improvements to the water system, including a new well and storage tank, for the Alcalde mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county.
