FOR AN ADDITION TO THE ESPANOLA HEALTH CENTER IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred forty-one thousand one hundred seventy dollars ($541,170) for site development and construction of an addition to the Espanola health center in Rio Arriba county.
