REQUESTED BY Richard C. Martinez

FOR DEVELOPING THE NATURAL RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT CENTER WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF WESTERN MORA, SOUTHERN TAOS AND EASTERN RIO ARRIBA COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for purchasing equipment and developing the natural resource development center within the boundaries of western Mora, southern Taos and eastern Rio Arriba counties.
