FOR CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING A PARK IN THE EAST MESA AREA OF DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) to construct and equip a park in the east mesa area of Dona Ana county.
