FOR CONSTRUCTING A CONNECTOR TO THE ALAMOGORDO RELIEF ROUTE IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) to construct a connector to the Alamogordo relief route at Indian Wells in Otero county.
