FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE OTERO COUNTY ROAD SHOP DEPARTMENT IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seven hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($725,000) to design, construct and equip a new building for the Otero county road shop department in Otero county.
