FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN SENATE DISTRICT 37 IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

 

 

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

 

to the state highway and transportation department

 

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to improve various roads in Organ in Dona Ana county;

 

three hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($325,000) to improve Moongate road D-069 off highway 70 in Dona Ana county;

 

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to acquire rights of way and improve El Centro road in Dona Ana county;

 

two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) to improve Luna Vista drive in Dona Ana county;

 

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) to improve Berry Patch lane in Dona Ana county;

 

two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) to improve Rincon road in Dona Ana county;

 

two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) to improve Tierra Alta drive in Dona Ana county;

 

two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) to acquire rights of way and improve Indian Head road in Dona Ana county;

 

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to improve Baylor Canyon road in Dona Ana county;

 

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) to construct a new road from Las Cruces to Jaronada in Dona Ana county;

 

five hundred fifty thousand dollars ($550,000) for improvements to various streets in the Butterfield park area in Dona Ana county;

 

one hundred eighty-two thousand dollars ($182,000) to extend and improve Brahman road in Dona Ana county; and

 

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to improve Mescalero Trail road in Dona Ana county.
