FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A PLAYGROUND IN ALAMEDA PARK IN ALAMOGORDO IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to construct a playground in Alameda park in Alamogordo in Otero county.
