has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 4, lines 24 and 25, and on page 5, lines 1 through 5, remove the brackets and line-through.

2. On page 5, line 4, after the period insert "Programs pursuant to Title 19 or Title 21 of the federal Social Security Act, which have their respective expedited appeal processes, shall be exempt from this subsection.".

3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
