FOR CONSTRUCTING, EQUIPPING AND FURNISHING A LAW ENFORCEMENT CENTER IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct, equip and furnish a law enforcement center in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
