SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 204

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Stuart Ingle

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN CURRY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to resurface roads in Curry county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to construct barns and outlying buildings for the equestrian event center facility in Curry county;

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to renovate the county property and building located at 824 North Main street, one block north of the courthouse in Clovis in Curry county; and

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to construct and equip an addition, including providing additional beds for the facility, to the juvenile detention center in Curry county
