FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE DOUBLE EAGLE II AIRPORT IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five million dollars ($5,000,000) to design and construct utilities improvements for the development of the Double Eagle II airport in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
