FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO FOOTHILL ROAD SW IN THE ATRISCO AREA OF THE SOUTH VALLEY IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

four thousand four hundred dollars ($4,400) for asphalt overlay of speed reduction barriers on Foothill road SW in the Atrisco area of the south valley in Bernalillo county.
