FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) for median beautification improvements to Bataan avenue southwest in the area north of Gonzales avenue southwest and south of Churchill road southwest in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred twelve thousand dollars ($312,000) to design, construct and equip little league fields for the Atrisco little league association, at the Serna property, in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
