FOR EXPANDING THE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT FACILITY IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the third judicial district court

eight million dollars ($8,000,000) to acquire land for, plan, design and construct the expansion of the third judicial district court facility in Dona Ana county.
