FOR A MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING AT RED LAKE CHAPTER IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

eighty-two thousand dollars ($82,000) to renovate the abandoned Thriftway building, purchase and install a modular building and fencing and construct water and sewer lines to the new lagoon for Red Lake chapter's multipurpose building in McKinley county.
