FOR A SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT FACILITY IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three million five hundred thousand dollars ($3,500,000) to plan, design and construct a facility for the sheriff's department in Dona Ana county.
