REQUESTED BY Cynthia L. Nava

FOR CONSTRUCTING A PUBLIC SERVICE COMPLEX FOR THE ANTHONY WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to construct a public service complex for the Anthony water and sanitation district in Dona Ana county.
