REQUESTED BY Carroll H. Leavell

FOR A BUILDING FOR THE CARLSBAD MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to construct a building for the Carlsbad mental health association in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
