FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE DONA ANA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to make improvements, including construction of a seven hundred fifty thousand-gallon storage tank and transmission line, for the Dona Ana mutual domestic water consumers association in Dona Ana county.
