FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT HIGHLAND HIGH SCHOOL TRACK IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) for improvements at the Highland high school track in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
