SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Shannon Robinson

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state department of public education

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for improvements to the girls' softball fields at Highland high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for educational technology at Manzano high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county;

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) for educational technology at Van Buren middle school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for educational technology at Hayes middle school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for educational technology at Wilson middle school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county;

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) for educational technology at La Mesa elementary school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county;

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to acquire land and a building for the Amy Biehl charter high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for educational technology at Emerson elementary school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
