FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE RED LAKE CHAPTER IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) to renovate the former Thriftway building, purchase a modular building and fencing and construct water and sewer lines to the new lagoon at the Red Lake chapter in McKinley county.
