FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN TOHATCHI IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for environmental assessments and surveys of and improvements to the road between the Tohatchi post office and youth center in McKinley county.
