FOR PHASE 1 OF THE WARM WATER FISH PRODUCTION HATCHERY IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of game and fish

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) from the game protection fund for phase 1 design, land acquisition and water rights for the construction of a warm water fish hatchery facility in Guadalupe county.

Preferred funding source: general obligation bonds
