FOR A CHILD-CARE AND HEAD START FACILITY IN TWO GREY HILLS IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct a child-care and head start facility in Two Grey Hills in San Juan county.
