FOR CONSTRUCTING A TOURIST CENTER IN THE SHEEP SPRINGS COMMUNITY IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

five hundred ninety thousand dollars ($590,000) to construct a tourist center in the Sheep Springs community in San Juan county.
