FOR PHASE 2 OF THE NIZHONI BOULEVARD EXTENSION IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three million fifty thousand dollars ($3,050,000) for phase 2 construction, right-of-way acquisition and design of the Nizhoni boulevard extension in McKinley county.
