FOR CONSTRUCTING, RENOVATING AND FURNISHING AN ALCOHOL DETOXIFICATION AND TREATMENT CENTER IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of health

seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) to construct, renovate and furnish an alcohol detoxification and treatment center at the New Mexico rehabilitation center in Roswell in Chaves county.
