FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE LAKE ARTHUR MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to make improvements in the Lake Arthur municipal school district in Chaves county.
