FOR RIVERBED IMPROVEMENTS IN THE SPRING RIVER IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) for riverbed improvements in the Spring river to eliminate stagnant waters in and around the entrance to the Roswell museum and art center in Chaves county.
