REAUTHORIZATION TO EXPAND THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION TO
UPDATE AND EXTEND THE SEWER SYSTEM IN WILLIAMSBURG IN SIERRA COUNTY.
On
the effective date of this act, the proceeds from the sale of severance tax
bonds appropriated to the department of environment pursuant to Subsection CC
of Section 10 of Chapter 2 of Laws 1999 (1st S.S.) to replace two sewer lift
stations in Williamsburg in Sierra county may also be expended to update and
extend the sewer systems in Williamsburg in Sierra county.
