FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE ISSHIN RYU MARTIAL ARTS CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) to purchase a passenger van for the Isshin Ryu martial arts center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

five thousand dollars ($5,000) for lighting at the parking lots at the Isshin Ryu martial arts center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

five thousand dollars ($5,000) for computer technology for the Isshin Ryu martial arts center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

three thousand dollars ($3,000) for landscaping at the Isshin Ryu martial arts center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
