SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1138

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Manny M. Aragon

FOR A PERMANENT CLASSROOM FACILITY AND UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE AT SOUTH VALLEY CHARTER HIGH SCHOOL IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state department of public education

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct a permanent classroom facility at South Valley charter high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county; and

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to extend utility infrastructure to South Valley charter high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
