FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO EXPAND THE PURPOSE OF A GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATION TO CONSTRUCT AND RENOVATE FACILITIES, RINGS AND LIGHTING, ELECTRICAL AND WATER LINES AT THE LINCOLN COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS.

The appropriation made in Subsection LLL of Section 44 of Chapter 23 of Laws 2000 (2nd S.S.) to the local government division of the department of finance and administration to renovate facilities, rings and lighting and electrical and water lines at the Lincoln county fairgrounds may also be expended to construct facilities, rings and lighting and electrical and water lines at the Lincoln county fairgrounds.
