FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE STATE LABORATORY SERVICES BUILDING AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the capital program fund

twenty million dollars ($20,000,000) to plan, design, construct and equip the state laboratory services building at the university of New Mexico in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
