FOR REMODELING A BUILDING IN THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to remodel a former school building in the Carlsbad municipal school district being leased by the college of the southwest in Eddy county.
