SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1082

FOR THE MESILLA MUNICIPAL COMPLEX PROJECT AND THE LA MESA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION COMPLEX AND OFFICES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three million two hundred seventy-four thousand dollars ($3,274,000) to prepare the site for, plan, design and construct the municipal complex, which will include the town hall, public safety building, fire station and court and council chambers, in Mesilla in Dona Ana county; and

eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) to plan, design and construct a community complex and to improve offices for the La Mesa mutual domestic water consumers association in Dona Ana county.
