FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to remodel and expand the facility of peanut butter and jelly family services, incorporated, in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to remodel and expand a building to be used for a family treatment center on Lopez road in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
