45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Patrick H. Lyons

FOR PURCHASING EAGLE NEST LAKE AND ENVIRONS AND FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT MINERS' COLFAX MEDICAL CENTER IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the energy, minerals and natural resources department

fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000) to purchase Eagle Nest lake and environs in Colfax county;

to the department of game and fish

two million dollars ($2,000,000) from the game protection fund to purchase Eagle Nest lake and environs in Colfax county; and

to the miners' Colfax medical center

one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) from the miners' trust fund to plan and design renovations and an addition to the miners' Colfax medical center in Colfax county.
