FOR IMPROVING THE WATER SYSTEM AT THE SOUTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE FAIRGROUNDS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to improve the water system, including the installation of new piping and a main line, at the southern New Mexico state fairgrounds in Dona Ana county.
