FOR PLANNING AND DESIGN IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CAJA DEL RIO ROAD FROM STATE ROAD 599 AT THE SANTA FE RECREATIONAL FIELDS IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for planning and preliminary design to the Caja del Rio road from state road 599 at the Santa Fe recreational fields in Santa Fe county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct restroom facilities at the Marty Sanchez golf course in Santa Fe county.
