REAUTHORIZATION TO EXTEND THE EXPENDITURE PERIOD OF A STATE ROAD FUND
APPROPRIATION FOR THE TAOS RELIEF ROUTE IN TAOS COUNTY.
The
period of time in which the proceeds from the state road fund appropriated to
the state highway and transportation department pursuant to Paragraph (3) of
Subsection A of Section 38 of Chapter 118 of Laws 1998 for the Taos relief
route may be expended is extended through fiscal year 2007. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the state road fund.
