FOR A MANURE SPREADER FOR THE SOIL, WATER AND DAIRY WASTE PROJECT OF THE SOCORRO SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

two hundred twenty thousand dollars ($220,000) to purchase a manure spreader for the soil, water and dairy waste project of the Socorro soil and water conservation district in Socorro county.
