FOR CONSTRUCTION ON ANDREA DRIVE IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to construct Andrea drive to connect with Wildflower parkway in San Juan county.
