FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN HOUSE DISTRICT 23 IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for road improvements in the north area of Albuquerque in house district 23 in Bernalillo county.
